Getting
Started
The new MSI Wiggler connection, which was added in
section 2.4.1
,
must be set in the
ram Settings
as shown below.
•
Open the
ram Settings
by clicking on the ram Settings icon
on
the project toolbar or in the main menu select
Edit / ram Settings.
•
In the
Remote Debugging
,
Connection Settings,
select the
MSI
Wiggler 0x10000000
and click
OK
.
•
Back in the project window, notice the red check marks in front of
the individual files. This indicates that the project is not up to date
and a new build should be performed. This typically happens when
you open an existing project for the first time.
•
Perform the build process by clicking the
Make
icon or
select
Project / Make
from the IDE pull-down menu.
•
The Make process generates an output binary (
ram.elf
). The Make
status window will appear within the CodeWarrior IDE while the
project is being compiled and linked. Once complete the project
window will be visible.
