TROUBLE SHOOTING
BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE, PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING
PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IF A GAS LEAK OR FIRE OCCURS AND CANNOT
BE STOPPED, CALL FIRE DEPARMENT IMMEDIATELY.
EMERGENCIES

Gas leaking f/ cracked,
cut or burned hose

Turn off gas at tank immediately, Check for
loose connections, replace if damaged
Gas leaking at cylinder
Rust or damage to valve or cylinder
DO NOT USE TANK-Replace Immediately
Fire at control panel
Burner Blockage, Excess Wind, Spider See page 16 (Spider Warning and Wind)
Grease Fire
Too much grease build up
Turn off grill at valves and tank, let cool then
clean out grease tray (page 15). Clean entire
gas grill with15 minutes on HI heat w/lid closed

Hose Bent or Kinked
Be certain it is smooth so no kinks or bends
Grill not Pre-Heated
Preheat Grill with all burners on "HI" for 10 min.
Burner(s) Blow Out
High Winds
Turn Perpendicular to Breeze
Do not use grill in wind over 10 MPH
Fuel Ran out
Check Fuel Supply
Burner Flashback
Burner Port or Orifice Blocked
Remove Burner clean out obstructions
