9 Malfunctions
If malfunctions on the pump occur, you will find possible causes and instructions
for repair in the following table.
9.1 Rectifying malfunctions

If no Pfeiffer Vacuum control panel is available, please contact Pfeiffer Vacuum Service

Pump will not start up; none of the
built-in LEDs on the TC 600 lights up
• Electrical supply interrupted
