7 - SWITCH FUNCTIONS

22.1

1 - AIR BLAST SELECTION

1 - N. COOLING, TR. FOR.(Needle cooling during forward transfer)

In order to prevent the starting thread from being pushed underneath the presser foot during
the workpiece transfer.

Press key

and numeric keys

again.

The air blast can be switched on with numeric key

and off with numeric key

.

2 - N. COOLING STACKER (Needle cooling whilst stacking)

Air blast “workpiece transfer aid”

(optional)

When processing large workpieces it is possible to work with the air blast “workpiece transfer aid”
during the function procedures “jig feed forwards”, “stacking”, and “sewing” in order to prevent the
workpieces from jamming.
