Knife position with regard to needle plate
Requirement
With the edge trimmer swung in, the knife

must be parallel to the needle plate insert.
●
Turn the machine off and swing in the edge trimmer.
●
Loosen screw

and push the knife

back a little.
●
Turn milled screw

in such a way that its top edge is flush with the top edge of the
cylindrical guide

Loosen screw

, position guide

in the middle of guide

and tighten screw

lightly.

Turn the knife carrier
