Intended use
The hydraulic jack is a portable, manual lifting de-
vice for lifting and lowering of loads on one side.
Power operation of this jack is prohibited.
The jack is not designed for continuous operation.
Not suitable for hazardous locations (i.e. explosion
hazard).
Not suitable for use in corrosive environments e.
Any alterations to the hydraulic jack or the at-
tachment of any accessories are only permitted af-
ter receiving our expressed written approval.
Pay close attention to all technical data and opera-
tion instructions!
Regulations for the Prevention of Ac-
cidents
Observe all current regulations which pertain to
each individual country.

Safety Instructions
Operation, installation and maintenance work
should only
be done by competent and qualified
personnel
(Definition of specialists in acc. with IEC 364)
Qualified persons are those who, based on their ex-
tensive training, particular skills, and experience do
their work without any threat of danger and who can
avoid this danger due to their awareness and knowl-
edge of specific directives, regulations, norms and
standards. The personnel are responsible for the
overall safety of the installation.
Lifting people or lifting loads while people are in the
danger zone is forbidden.
Lifting loads over personnel is strictly forbidden.
Never touch moving parts.
Defects must be repaired immediately by competent
personnel.
No lateral forces must be placed on the jack.
Find a safe lift location and ensure its stability.
Only lift on one side.
Never use an additional jack to lift an already raised
load.
The load must never be left unattended in a lifted
state without first providing additional support.
Secure vehicles or loads to prevent them from
rolling or sliding off.
Use additional supports if access to the underside
of the raised load is required.
The jack may only be pressure loaded.
Do not exceed the pump lever force.
Do not exceed the capacity stated in the technical
data or on the name plate.
Before operating, a competent person must check
the hydraulic jack.
Daily Inspection

visual inspection and function test of all safety
parts: claw, head, non-return valve, pressure limit
valve, release valve
Inspection by a specialist must be conducted
at least once a year.
Always ensure that the maintenance intervals
are adhered to.
Only use original accessories and spare parts;
otherwise safe use of this unit is not
guaranteed.
