- The electronic controller starts diminishing the entered seconds as the end-of-fusion sensor is
activated. At the end of the count the welding plate lifts and the pieces are united.
- We recommend to enter a value between 20 and 25 Seconds.
6.4 Cooling Timer
- To enter the value of the cooling timer act on key:

- The value indicated on the left is the one entered by the operator (in seconds).
- Use the keyboard to enter the desired value and press ESC to exit and confirm the entered
value.
- The electronic controller starts the count-down of the entered seconds as the two pieces are
united, at the end of the count the machine releases the pieces.
- We recommend to enter a value between 25 and 30 Seconds.
ATTENTION
To verify the correctness of the entered values and of the right combination among
them, periodically check the welded angles strength against breaks.
6.5 Mechanical parameters for welding
The machines are supplied with the following standard regulation of the mechanical welding
parameters:
WM1L/S – WM1L/S-M
- Reduction of the welded profile length 2.5 mm (for each welded side)
- Limitation of welding seal 2 mm (upon request 1 mm – 0.2 mm)
WM1L/E
- Reduction of the welded profile length 2.5 mm. (for each welded side)
- Limitation of welding seal 2 mm (upon request 1 mm)
Should the customer have requirements that differ from our standard, he may ask, when
ordering or after the machine supply, to modify the above mentioned parameters.
