BUILDING STAIRS
ESPLANADE TANDEM STEPS
When building Esplanade Tandem stairs, we suggest using chiseled Esplanade
capping as a component, combined with the Esplanade Tandem units used as risers .
Additional structural units are used to reinforce the structure with additional support .
All step and riser units must be glued together using Permapro adhesive .

Note: Structural units E and E1 are installed back to back . The unit E1 tenons must be removed .
The unit E2 tenons must be removed to avoid a conflict with the setback anchors on the unit
above . Unit E2 rests on unit E1 .
