RULES FOR SAFE DRIVING

TROUBLE SHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE:
• Battery not properly

connected.

• Battery low or dead.

• Battery dead.

• Accelerator switch not

operating properly.

• Motor wire disconnected.

SOLUTION:
• Install battery per instructions. Make sure blue

battery plug is connected to black vehicle system
plug. See step  # 28.

• Charge battery for 18-24 hours. Check operation

of the charger. Black chargers - should get warm
to the touch. If it does not get warm, make sure
there is power to the outlet. Some outlets are
controlled by a wall switch.

• Blue chargers - Plug charger into outlet. Green

LED should be on. Plug black charger plug into
blue battery plug, green LED should go out to
indicate charging. LED will come back on
gradually as the battery reaches full change.

• The battery life is limited. As the battery ages it

will begin to loose capacity or runtime. The
overall life of the battery is maximised with
proper care. Always charge the battrey after each
use. Do not store the battery in a discharged
state. Order part # IAKB0015

• Check accelerator switch operation - Remove

Accelerator plate from toy (see fig. # A1 & A2).
Remove the blue wire from switch, remove red
wire and place it on the terminal that had the
blue wire. If vehicle runs, then accelerator switch
needs replaced. Order part # ASGI0082Y.

• More wire check - Place vehicle in low speed.

Raise rear wheels off the ground and turn one
rear wheel. The other rear wheel should turn in
the opposite direction. If other wheel does not
turn, then you may have a motor wire off. To
inspect the motor wires, you first need to remove
the dump bed. The piston pin and 2 pivot pins
need to be removed (see fig.# 46).Next, lift the rear
cover to view the motor wires (see fig. # A3).
Reconnect motor wires (see fig. # A4 & A5). Your
motor gearboxes may vary, check your Gator to
determine which one you have).
