The far-end device is
off-line.

Stop the test or wait for the test to
end.

Make sure the far-end device is
on.
Power-Up Self-Test
fails. Only Alarm
LED is on after
power-up.
The unit has detected an
internal hardware failure.

Reset the unit and try again.

Contact your service
representative.
