should be checked for errors. If enough errors accumulate then a Tx Drop 
MUX BER alarm will be raised (

‘Input BER > 1E-3’

).

  This option is applicable only with G.732 Drop/Insert bearers and 

controls the processing of any terrestrial checksum.
