Pan/Tilt Control (Manual Operation)

1. Select the desired monitor and camera.

Refer to the Monitor Selection and Camera Selection on
page 100.

2. Select a mode by pressing the

[F3]

or

[F4]

button.

“

❑

” indicates the currently selected mode.

SLW:

Moves the Pan/Tilt Head at lower speed.

FST:

Moves the Pan/Tilt Head at higher speed.

Note:

This function is available with the WV-CU550C

system controller.

3. Move the Joystick Controller to move the Pan/Tilt Head

in the desired direction.
If the joystick is positioned in between UP and RIGHT,
the Pan/Tilt Head moves diagonally upward and to the
right.
Eight directions are available: Up/Down/Right/Left/Up-
Right/Up-Left/Down-Right/Down-Left.

Note:

When FST mode is selected, moving the Joystick

Controller while holding down the

STOP/SLOW

button will move the Pan/Tilt Head at lower speed.

4. If the Pan/Tilt Control needs fine adjustment, follow the

procedures shown below.

1) Select the desired monitor and camera.
2) Select the P/T Z/F Iris

(B3)

Menu on the LCD dis-

play by pressing the Direction buttons.

3) Moving the Joystick Controller while holding down

the Function

(F1)

button will move the Pan/Tilt

Head step by step.

Note:

Holding down the

STOP/SLOW

button and mov-

ing the Joystick Controller, while the

ALT

indicator

is on, will move the Pan/Tilt Head step by step with-
out displaying the P/T Z/F Iris Menu.

4. Press the

IRIS CLOSE/OPEN

buttons to close/open the

lens iris. Adjust the lens iris by using these buttons to
obtain the proper picture exposure.

Pressing these buttons at the same time for three sec-
onds or more will reset the lens iris to the factory
default setting.

Note:

When a camera, with an ALC Lens, has AGC

turned on, the iris close, open function will operate
more slowly. By pressing the above buttons
repeatedly (instead of holding down), this function
will operate faster.

5. If Lens Control needs fine adjustment, follow the proce-

dures shown below.

1) Select the desired monitor and camera.
2) Select the P/T Z/F Iris

Focus, Zoom

or
