Start operation after the submenu of the event menu is
displayed by clicking the [Event] button in the setup
menu (Advanced). (page 15)

Click "VMD Setup".

Select ON for the desired camera channel and press
the SET button.

Step 3

Click the respective [SETUP] button for the desired
camera channel to be set.

Important:

When OFF is selected for a camera channel, the
motion detection function will be disabled for the
camera channel.

Settings for the motion detection function [VMD Setup]

Perform the settings for the auto motion detection area for each camera channel. Up to 4 areas can be set for a
camera channel for the detection area. Refer to the provided operating instructions for further information about the
auto motion detection function.
