Troubleshooting

PRLs are updated often. It is recommended that you updated your preferred roaming list periodically
•
There are instances when an account has been disabled for one reason or another and needs to be “reset”
•
Make sure that the modem has been correctly provisioned: allow roaming, allow internet access, etc
Symptom:
•
Wireless modem does not connect to wireless network
•
Wireless Modem has intermittent connection to the
wireless network
Check for:
•
Make sure that the wireless modem has been activated
by using the Carrier’s Connection Manager or contact
your Carrier Account Representative
•
Contact your Carrier Account Representative to have
the modem “reset” on the Network
•
Download the latest PRL (Preferred Roaming List) or
contact your Carrier Account Representative to “push”
an updated PRL to your modem over the network
