Battery Recalibration

•

Utility will not work unless the Toughbook is connected to an functioning AC Adapter

•

Once initiated, the Battery Recalibration Utility will log out of windows, reboot the machine and
enter a special BIOS mode

•

NEVER REMOVE THE AC ADAPTER
DURING BATTERY RECALIBRATION

•

NEVER POWER THE UNIT OFF DURING A
BATTERY RECALIBRATION

•

THE BATTERY MAY BECOME DAMAGED IF
THE BATTERY RECALIBRATION IS
INTERRUPTED

•

YOU MUST RUN THE BATTERY
RECALIBRATION AGAIN IF THE UNIT HAS
BEEN DISTURBED DURING THE BATTERY
