Chart showing method of heating baby food

Heating baby food in your microwave is simple and trouble-free. The following chart
gives some examples. Figures are approximate and may vary.
Only use heat resistant feeding bottles or glass bowls. Place the containers in the
middle of the glass turntable. Stir the baby food or shake the feeding bottles that
have been heated for an even distribution of temperature.
