Poultry
Poultry can be prepared in a variety of ways. You can also make the tastiest poultry
dishes in your microwave. To obtain a crisp, golden skin, use the combination oven
or the grill. Poultry can be cooked without adding liquid, which preserves the flavour.

Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
2 duck fillets,
weighing 300 g
without layer of fat
Meat seasoning
1 onion, finely
chopped
the zest of an orange
2 freshly squeezed
oranges
100 ml gravy
thickener
16 orange slices to
garnish
Preparation
Oil and season the fillets with the meat season-
ing. Place the fillets on the rack and cook for 4
minutes on "Grill 1" until golden brown. Turn
over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Put the onions and orange zest in a bowl, cover
and cook on full power for 2 minutes. Moisten
with the orange juice and add the gravy thicken-
er. Stir and cook on full power for 2-3 minutes.
Season the sauce. Cut the fillets into thin slices
and arrange them nicely on a plate. Pour over
sauce and garnish with orange slices.
Fillet of duck with orange sauce
Cooking time: around 13 minutes

1 leg of turkey (700 g)
Salt, pepper, paprika,
mustard
2 tbsp oil

l chicken stock
1/8
l white wine
1/8
l cream
1 tbsp gravy thickener
Madeira wine
Thyme
Zubereitung
Smear the leg of turkey with oil, pepper, salt,
paprika and mustard. Place the leg on the Metal
Tray. Place on the glass turntable. Cook on com-
bination 440 watts mic 220°C convec-
tion for 30 minutes. Turn half-way through cook-
ing time. Cover the leg with tin foil and leave to
stand for 10 minutes. For the sauce, mix the
cooking juices, stock, wine, cream, gravy thicken-
er, Madeira wine and thyme and cook on full
power for 3 minutes. Serve the sauce with the
turkey cut into slices.
