If cooking on one level, you can use the round Metal Tray on top of the Glass
Turntable or you can use the Enamel Shelf.

UIDELINES
When using the oven as a CONVECTION oven, there is NO MICROWAVE
POWER, i.e. the oven is operating as a conventional oven and you can use all
your standard metal baking tins and ovenware.
It is possible to cook on one or two levels when using convection cooking.
If using the turntable, the food is then placed on the Low Wire Rack or directly onto
the Metal Tray. Follow your individual recipe guidelines.
You can use the Enamel Shelf as a baking dish for roasting potatoes or vegetables,
and for baking fairy cakes, scones and cookies. It is also ideal for re-heating
pre-cooked convenience pastry items. To attach the oven supports to the oven cavity,
see pages 9 and 10.
