HARLEY POWER BOX RAKE®

MAINTENANCE

4. Slide chain case back onto roller and bolt to frame.

5. Replace sleeve, sprocket, and washer on drive shaft.

6. Clamp solid with the ” slotted nut.

7. Check that roller clears frame on both ends. Adjust, if required.

8. Tighten 3/8” bolt in bearing tube on non-drive end of frame.

9. Reinstall chain and tension spring.

20. Replace lower cover, be careful not to pinch the O-ring.

2. Fill the chain case with .5 pints of #00 gear grease.

22. Replace upper cover.

23. Run power rake and watch for interference between roller and frame.
