HOLD COMMANDS 
 

These commands select one of the HOLD modes or resets the presently held reading. See 
Section3 for more information. 
 

:SENSe:HOLD:STATe <n> 
 

Selects the HOLD function, where <n> is a single ASCII digit, as follows: 
 
0 = All HOLD modes turned off. 
 
1 = MIN HOLD on. 
 
2 = MAX HOLD on. 
 
3 = PEAK HOLD on. 
 

:SENSe:HOLD:STATe? 
 

Returns an ASCII digit representing the present HOLD mode setting, as follows: 
 
0 = All HOLD modes turned off. 
 
1 = MIN HOLD on. 
 
2 = MAX HOLD on. 
 
3 = PEAK HOLD on. 

 
:SENSe:HOLD:RESet 
 

This command resets the presently held reading.
