1-2. With the handle bar in place LOOSELY install eight 3/8-16 x 3/4“
button head screws

with 3/8” washers

into both handlebar
uprights as shown. The following must be done in the order it is
written. Tighten the screws labeled ‘A’ and then ‘B’.
