CAMSHAFT HOUSING REPLACEMENT, CLEANING AND INSPECTION

Fit the camshaft housing, tighten the bolts in sequence

1–18

. Make sure the

guide sleeves are positioned correctly in the camshaft housing.
Tighten

25 Nm (18 lb ft)

Fit the timing belt, see

Timing belt removal

Fit the fuel rail and hose, see

Fuel injection fuel rail assembly

replacement

Fit the fuel delivery pipe between the pump and the fuel rail.
Tighten

25 Nm (18 lb ft)
