OXE 150/200 HP SERVICE MANUAL

LOWER BELT REPLACEMENT

REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE SLEEVES

Push the tool

(2)

inwards far enough for the sharp edge at the bottom of the

tool to grip the inside end of the sleeve

(1)

Adjust the grip to expand so that the inwards end of the sleeve is locked
against the tool end.

Use the hammer

(3)

to remove the sleeve.

Using a marker pen

(1)

, mark the face of the gearbox sleeve

(5)

cutout in

line with the hydraulic oil supply channel. Mark the new sleeve accordingly.

NOTE!

It is important to align these marks with each other in order to seat the

new sleeve so it does not restrict the hydraulic oil supply to the gear house shaft.
