OPERATION

5. Edit or create a setpoint temperature.

a. Touch  either  an  existing  “setpoint  name”  box  or  an

empty “setpoint name box”. a keypad will appear.

b. Enter the desired name using the keypad, then touch

ENTER to save and return to the Edit Setpoints screen.

Touch CaNCEL to return to the Edit Setpoints screen

without changing the name.

c. Touch the “setpoint temperature” box that corresponds

to  the  “setpoint  name”  box  in  the  previous  step.  a

keypad will appear.

d. Enter the desired temperature using the keypad, then

touch ENTER to save and return to the Edit Setpoints

screen. Touch CaNCEL to return to the Edit Setpoints

screen without changing the temperature.

6. Repeat  step  5  to  edit  or  create  another  setpoint

temperature.

7. When the setpoint temperature changes are complete,

touch BaCK to return to the Settings screen.

• If  programming  is  complete,  touch  BaCK  on  the

Settings screen to return the Home screen.

Uploading from a USB Drive

Use the following procedure to upload pre-programmed menu

items or firmware updates from an external USB drive. This

procedure requires access to password-protected screens and

should be performed at oven startup by authorized personnel

only.

1. move the Standby switch up to the “On” position.

• The left and right touchscreens will energize. The left

touchscreen shows the name of the oven and current

software  version.  The  right  touchscreen  shows  the

available setpoint temperatures. 

2. Remove the cover from the USB port above the Standby

switch, and insert the USB drive into the port.

3. Touch the upper left-hand corner on the left touchscreen.

• a password keypad will appear on the touchscreen.

4. Input the password using the keypad, and touch ENTER. 

• The Settings screen will appear on the left touchscreen.

5. Touch the USB icon to access the USB Interface screen.
6. Touch  the  desired  function  to  begin  the  corresponding

upload.

• a screen will appear to indicate that the upload is in

progress.

• When the upload is complete, the oven will restart.

7. When the startup screens reappear, remove the USB drive

from the USB port, and replace the port cover.

8. Perform the normal “Startup” procedure at the beginning of

this section to use the oven.
