OPERATION

Changing the Setpoint Temperature

Use the following procedure to change the setpoint temperature

for the oven. This procedure requires access to password-

protected screens.

1. From the main menu screen on either touchscreen, touch

the BaCK arrow. 

• a password keypad will appear on the touchscreen.

2. Input the password using the keypad, and touch ENTER. 

• The Home screen will appear on the touchscreen.

3. Touch  the  thermometer  icon to  access  the  Setpoint

Temperature screen shown at startup.

4. Touch the desired setpoint temperature.

Touch arrow to move slider assembly from 

left-to-right (right touchscreen shown).

Arrow will appear in opposite corner on left

touchscreen to move slider from right-to-left.

Creating/Editing Setpoint Temperatures

Use  the  following  procedure  to  edit  or  create  the  setpoint

temperature(s)  available  at  oven  startup.  This  procedure

requires access to password-protected screens and should be

performed by authorized personnel only.

1. From the main menu screen on either touchscreen, touch

the BaCK arrow. 

• a password keypad will appear on the touchscreen.

2. Input the password using the keypad, and touch ENTER. 

• The Home screen will appear on the touchscreen.

3. Touch the gear icon to access the Settings screen.

4. Touch  the  thermometer/gear  icon  to  access  the  Edit

Setpoints screen.

• The oven can store up to three setpoint temperatures.
