Outdoor temperature at which the fresh air damper minimum position is linearly
changed toward the ”Damper max” limit.

The controller opens the dampers by the ”Pre-opening” amount before the controller
starts up the AH unit. Pre-opening also functions with On/Off controlled dampers,
with 100% equivalent to 100 seconds. The function prevents the air handling
channels from becoming damaged during start-up.
