6.7 Replacing the seat module

In the C1000 DS power wheelchair, the seat module is located at the rear below the luggage

carrier.

INfORMATION

When connecting the cables, ensure correct assignment.

Preparation:

❒

Turn the control unit off.

❒

Remove the fuse (see Section 6.2).

❒

Remove the luggage carrier (see Section 6.5).

Tools:

❒

Allen wrench, size 2,5

Steps:

1.  Loosen all cables on the seat module.
2.  Loosen and remove two Allen head screws.
3.  Remove the seat module and replace if required.
Properly reassemble all components upon completion of the work.
