Answering Machine Remote Function
Call your phone number from a touch tone telephone; when your phones answers
enter your 4 digit remote access PIN number during or after the OGM. You will hear a
beep tone to confirm acceptance, to proceed, enter a remote command option within 8
seconds of the confirmation beep.
Note:
If your answering machine was switched on the phone will answer within either
two or six rings (approx.). If your answering machine is switched off then the phone
will answer after 16 rings (approx.) allowing you enter your PIN.

To pause during play back - press
To continue play back - press
To skip to the start of the message - press
To skip the previous message - press
To skip to the next message - press
To delete message during play back - press
To stop during play back or terminate recording - press
To playback the answer OGM - press
To playback the Announcement Only OGM - press
To set answer mode to ANS/2Ring - press
To set answer mode to ANS/4Ring - press
To set answer mode to ANS/6Ring - press
To set answer mode to ANS/8Ring - press
To set answer mode to Announcement Only - press
To set answer mode to ANS Off - press
To exit the menu/options end the call.
To record a Memo
- Press
- Begin recording your memo
- When completed press then hang up
To change the answer OGM
- Press
- Begin recording your new OGM
- When completed press , The new OGM will automatically play back to you.
- You can re-record it by repeating this process.
