Messages

“New Msgs” is displayed whenever new messages have been received. The green LED

(Message/Line) also flashes on the Base Station.

Operating the Answering Machine using the handset

Playing a message.

1. Press the [Top] Button once. The handset will enter the Message menu page. Scroll to

Play menu and press [OK] button. The number of new messages and the number of

messages stored are displayed.

2. The messages are then played. During the playback of the messages, their day of week

and time the message recorded will be displayed.

3. During message playback, you may use the buttons to adjust the speaker

volume.

4. Press [Pause] button to interrupt the playing message and “Pause” appears on display.

Press [Play] again to resume playing the message.

5. Press [right] button twice to start the previous message.

6. press[left] button to start the next message.

menu option.

2. Scroll to “Del Old” menu. Press [OK] button

once.

again to confirm. All recorded messages are

deleted.
