Handset LCD contrast

1 Press [Menu] button to enter the icon page. Scroll to icon. Press [OK] button to

select Setup menu.

2 Scroll to “Handset” menu. Then press [OK] button.

3 Scroll to “LCD contrast”. Then press [OK]

4 Use / buttons to select “Level 1”, “Level 2” or “Level 3” and press [OK] button

to confirm.

Key Tone On/Off

1 Press [Menu] button to enter the icon page. Scroll to icon. Press [OK] button to

select Setup menu.

2 Scroll to “Handset” menu. Then press [OK] button.

3 Scroll to “Key tone”. Then press [OK]

4 Use / buttons to select “On” or “Off” and press [OK] button to confirm.

Display Menu Colour (LR8610/LR8620T colour display handsets only)

The display’s top and bottom message area colour can be changed to one of the 4

selections.

5 Press [Menu] button to enter the icon page. Scroll to icon. Press [OK] button to

select Setup menu.

6 Scroll to “Handset” menu. Then press [OK] button.

7 Scroll to “Menu Colour”. Then press [OK]

8 Use / buttons to select one of the four colours and press [OK] button to confirm.

Network

Flash (Recall) time setup

To operate your Orchid LR telephone on a PBX, PABX or Comparable telephone system,

you may have to change the flash time to be compatible with the system.

1 Press [Menu] button to enter the icon page. Scroll to icon. Press [OK] button to

select Setup menu.

2 Scroll to “Network” menu. Then press [OK] button.

3 Scroll to “Recall”. Then press [OK]

4 Use / buttons to select 90, 270 and 600 milliseconds durations and press [OK]

button to confirm.

Auto Answer On/Off

When auto answer is activated, incoming calls will be automatically answered when you

lift the handset from the charger stand.

1. Press [Menu] button to enter the icon page. Scroll to icon. Press [OK] button to

select Setup menu.

2. Scroll to “Handset” menu. Then press [OK] button.

3. Scroll to “Auto answer”. Then press [OK]
