CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Wash the pressure cooker body and lid. Always remove the pressure valve when doing so.

Use a swab to remove any material stuck inside the regulator, the air vent and the safety valve. After
using the cooker, clean the safety valve and regulator on a regular basis as shown in the photos
below.
If any accident occurs while using the pressure cooker, follow these instructions to solve some of the
possible problems:
