4.14.2. Pausing the Scanner and Disabling MFD
1.
Select
Pause
on the run screen. The MFD override LED will flash green and
the conveyor rollers will stop.
2. Place item to scan on the conveyor in front of the pre-feeder entrance.
3. Press the
MFD override
button. The LED will flash Red and Yellow
indicating multi-feed detection is not enabled.
4.
Press the
Resume
button on the run screen.
5.
The item will scan, and the LED will go off to resume scanning.
4.14.3. Using MFD Feeder Path in Reject Condition
1.
In a reject condition, an error displays on the run screen (Figure 4-23), and
scanning will automatically stop.
2. The LED will flash green.
3. Place item to rescan on conveyor as alternative to Rescan Feeder drop slot.
4. Press the
MFD Override
button, LED will flash Red and Yellow.
5. Press
Continue
button on the run screen to rescan the item.
6. The item will scan, and the LED will go off to resume scanning.
