4.12. Suspending and Resuming Multiple Batches
When configured in the Job, CertainScan allows opening and suspending an
unlimited number of unstructured batches, and scanning a different batch while
other batches are suspended. This has two main benefits:
• Job and Page Types settings can be created or edited without ending the
job and rescanning the batch.
•
Batches that cannot be completed within a run can be suspended and then
resumed at it later time.
Upon exiting the run screen, you will be presented with the Suspend Batch
option upon exiting the Run screen (Figure 4-14).

View a list of suspended batches by clicking the Batch Resume button from the
Main Menu. Select the desired batch and resume scanning (Figure 4-15).
