Overview

Eagle Operator Manual

OPEX Corporation

Content reunite

Pieces are sent to this location only under certain rare

jamsort conditions.

Extract pit

Envelopes that were opened but could not have their contents

extracted are sent here. The contents can be run via the refeeder.

Outsort bins

Outsort bin 1 is for pieces that contain metal or are too thick for

the Eagle to process.
Outsort bin 2 is for pieces that do not meet the job’s expectations.

Reject bin 0

Stubs and checks are sent here when there is a problem with

imaging, MICR reads, OCR reads, or orientation.

Reunite bin

When the envelope and contents could not be separated, they

are sent here. The contents can be run via the refeeder.

Singulator Pit

This spot is for contents that were extracted but not separated

enough to be imaged.

Stacker bins

The final destination of processed checks and documents. The

last bin is typically used for rejects.

Trash bin

Once the contents of the envelope are successfully extracted, the

envelope is sent to the trash.
