5.11 Partitioning
This feature is only available on EB16-SMART model. Within PCI Express switching, there is a capability to partition the PCI Express topology
such that multiple hosts can communicate with peripherals through the same switch silicon but be fenced off (isolated) from other segments.
This allows an expansion chassis to have multiple hosts connected to it, each with a local private set of peripherals.
There are three available partition configurations for EB16-SMART. Configuration 1 is the default setting.
1. Configuration 1 = 1 partition: with 16 slots available
2. Configuration 2 = 4 partitions: three partitions with 2 slots per partition and one partition with 7 slots
3. Configuration 3 = 4 partitions: three partitions with 3 slots per partition and one partition with 4 slots
