Note (1) Modbus-RTU Slave Address Setting:
The Modbus-RTU slave address (01 to 32) is set in the following param-
eter using the Digital Operator on front of the Inverter before connecting
the CX-Drive.
(2) The Servo Communications Unit No. (0 to F) is set using the following
method before connecting the CX-Drive.
Via PLC (DeviceNet) Connections (3G3MV, 3G3RV)
Via PLC (MCH/MECHATROLINK-II) or
Via PLC (NCF/MECHATROLINK-II) (R88D-WN)
