The max. pressure valve is sealed by the manufacturer.
In cases of failures ensuing from it, send the to the
maintenance centre of your authorized dealer of the
OMCN S.p.A.
If problems persist even after applying the above solutions,
contact OMCN S.p.A. and avoid any non-specific operations.
Only purchase original spare parts. The list of spare parts
is included in this instruction handbook.
Use only original OMCN spare parts for maintenance
operations. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
any damage caused by the use of unoriginal fittings.
The use of non-original spare parts will instantly
invalidate the warranty.
The interventions must be carried out by
technical staff specialized in mechanics
and the hydraulic.

Possible cause Remedies
Descent device open or dirty. Take the descent device off (3 FIG. 6). Clean it. If
damaged, replace it. Handle with care.
Cylinder’s gaskets worn out. Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Dirty or damaged overload safety
valve. Remove the valve body, clean it and, if necessary,
replace it. Handle it with care.
Dirty nonreturn valve. Send the jack to the maintenance centre of your
authorized dealer.
Leakage in the pumping gaskets. Remove the pumping body (2 FIG. 6) housing the
gaskets and replace the latter.
Leakage in the cylinder gaskets. Remove the cylinder head flange or send the jack to
the authorized dealer.
Lowering valve dirty or worn out. Remove the valve body (3 FIG. 6) and clean it.
Handle it with care.
Trouble
The jack does not lift the rated
weight.
Due to the pumping action the
cylinder rises but it also
descends to the previous
position soon after.
The cylinder rises just a little
after each pumping.
The cylinder does not remain
in position.
