(2) Setting the refractive index using a user calculation expression
The refractive index of a reference is set using the set user calculation expression. The
theoretical spectral reflection factor (transmission factor) calculated from the set refractive
index is treated as the theoretical spectral reflection factor (transmission factor) of a
reference. The user calculation expression can be set by creating a dispersion setting file
on a DISPERSION editing window. For details of dispersion settings, see the [6.5
Dispersion setting].
(3) Setting the reflection factor by inputting a fixed value
A fixed value in which wavelength dispersion is not considered is set as the theoretical
reflection factor (transmission factor) of a reference. The reflection factor (transmission
factor) set here is treated within the whole measurement wavelength as a fixed
theoretical reflection (transmission) factor value.
(4) Setting the reflection factor by loading a file
The reference wavelength dispersion data file (*.rf) is specified as the theoretical spectral
reflection factor (transmission factor) of a reference. The spectral reflection factor
(transmission factor) measured using other spectrophotometers can be used as the
theoretical spectral reflection (transmission) factor data of a reference.
