g PARALLEL REMOTE connector (modular
connector, 8-pin)
Controls the monitor externally using a parallel remote
signal.
For details on the pin assignment and factory setting
function assigned to each pin, see page 44.
CAUTION
For safety, do not connect the connector for peripheral
device wiring that might have excessive voltage to this
port. Refer to the instructions for this port.
h AUX IN connector (SDI, BNC type), CLONE
OUT connector (SDI, BNC type)
IN connector (AUX in)
Input connector for serial digital component signals of
the external equipment.
OUT connector (Clone out)
Active through output connector for serial digital
component signals of the external equipment.
Outputs the displayed picture on the panel as an SDI
signal.
CAUTION
• A signal is output from the OUT connector only when
the monitor is turned on. When the monitor is turned
off, the signal is not output from the OUT connector.
• Be sure to connect the equipment or cable specified by
this operating instructions to the OUT connector. If
you connect the equipment or cable that is not
specified by this operating instructions to the OUT
connector, the monitor may affect the operation of the
connected equipment.
• Connect recorded output from recording devices to
the AUX in terminal. If connected to other input
terminals, image loop will happen when the input
terminal is selected as displayed image on the monitor.
• When selecting AUX in terminal on display, Clone out
will cut the signal output to avoid video loop. When
the sub monitor is connected to Clone out, the
displayed image will turn to black in this case. When
the recording device is connected to Clone out, the
recorded file will be divided depending on the model.
Please be careful about this specification of AUX in
and Clone out.
• When AUX in terminal is selected to displayed signal,
the monitor cut the signal of Clone out. But it is not a
failure.
i DVI input/output connector (DVI-I)
[1] IN connector, [2] IN connector
Input DVI Rev.1.0 applicable digital signal, analog RGB
signal (0.7 Vp-p, positive), or sync signal (HV SYNC).
[1] OUT connector, [2] OUT connector
Active through output connector.
Output DVI digital signal, analog RGB signal, or sync
signal (HV SYNC).
CAUTION
• A signal is output from the OUT connector only when
the monitor is turned on. When the monitor is turned
off, the signal is not output from the OUT connector.
• Be sure to connect the equipment or cable specified by
this operating instructions to the OUT connector. If
you connect the equipment or cable that is not
specified by this operating instructions to the OUT

Outputs 5 volts for connected external equipment.

using the supplied cord holder.
