1 Countermeasure when trouble
occurs
It may not be a failure but, depending upon how it is used, the system may not perform as expected.
When trouble occurs, do countermeasure as shown in the following table. In case that the same trouble
occurs even after the countermeasure, contact our local sales office.

1. Laser does not emit Power switch is not turned
ON. Turn it ON.

Key switch is not turned ON. Turn it ON.

Shutter is turned CLOSE. Turn it to OPEN. Even if you
use FV300, FV500 or
FV1000 and shutter switch is
turned to CLOSE, laser does
not emit for safety purpose.

Remote Interlock is not
correctly connected.
Alternatively, short pin is
removed. Contact our local sales
office.

LED of TEMP.OVER is
lighting. Laser temperature is high.
Switch off POWER.
Powering up again and, if
laser does not emit, switch
off the POWER and contact
our local sales office.

DIP switch setting is not
correct. Set correctly.
