Caution Summary

CAUTION: Read and be familiar with this instruction
manual before installing, operating, or servicing this
device.

DANGER: Potential explosion hazard; do not use in

CAUTION: This device must be connected directly to a
hospital-grade electrical outlet.

CAUTION: To avoid injury, do not use this device to
transport an infant and never leave the infant unat-
tended in the tray.

CAUTION: If used on a cart, the Auto-Length must be
securely bolted to the cart using the mounting holes at
the bottom of the chassis.

CAUTION: To avoid injury, ensure that all four tray legs
are secure before placing an infant in the tray.

Intended Use

The Olympic Auto-Length is a device for measuring the length
of infants.
