At this point, you can display the information about the selected transaction by pressing the

key. The information includes:

TRANSACTION NO.: represents the number of one of the transactions associated with the

broadcast transmission. It can be selected by pressing

↑↑↑↑↑

↓↓↓↓↓

(or typed

directly on the numeric keypad). The selected transaction may be
cancelled by pressing the CLEAR key and confirming the operation by
pressing 1.

PAGE NO.:

indicates the number of pages in the document/pages sent.

NUMBER:

indicates the correspondent's facsimile number.

DATE/TIME:

indicates the date and time of transmission.

STATUS:

indicates the current status of the transaction.

4. To exit from the menu, press STOP twice.

The facsimile machine enables you to display and print the information about the documents in the
memory associated with memory transmissions.

Printing a list of memory transmissions

You can print a list of all the documents associated with transmissions from the memory.
