threaded holes. When installing the mechanical arm, use bolts with a
strength meeting ISO898-1 property class 10.9 or 12.9.
If 4040 square tube is used for welding, ground screws (not
less than M12) should be used for fixation.
In order to suppress vibration, the installation panel of the mechanical arm
should be iron plate with a thickness of 20 mm or more, a surface roughness of
25 μm or less and a flatness of less than 0.5 mm.
 The poor accuracy of the installation surface would
degrade the positioning accuracy of the robot.
 If the stiffness or stability of the rack is insufficient, or
sheet metal is mounted on the rack, the robot would
vibrate (resonate) during operation, which may adversely
affect the operation.
To ensure enough space for installation of cables, a space of more than 150 mm
must be reserved at the back of the base.
