How to dial using a speed-dial number

Fax dialing via speed-dial

Switch to the fax mode by pressing <

COPY

FAX

SCAN

Place the document

face up

on the automatic document feeder (ADF).

Adjust the document resolution and contrast.

Press <Speed Dial/Group> once.

Enter Speed Dial No.

Use the numeric keys to enter the three-digit identiﬁer for the speed-dial number. The
machine will show the name (or fax number) you have stored:
