How to dial using a one-touch key

One-touch fax dialing

Switch to the fax mode by pressing <

COPY

FAX

SCAN

Place the document

face up

on the automatic document feeder (ADF).

Adjust the document resolution and contrast.

Open the one-touch key panel and press the desired one-touch key.

One-touch phone dialing

NOTE

To connect an external phone to your machine to make a phone call (see page 1-7).

Lift the telephone handset.

Press the desired one-touch key .
