Collating
Me and 98
Collating can be carried out with or without a hard disk drive
installed. However, printers with a hard disk drive will provide greater
performance.
1.
Open the file in your application and select
File
→
Print
.
2. In the Print dialog box, click the Postscript emulation printer, then
click
Properties
.
3.
On the
Paper
tab, enter the number of
Copies
you wish to print.
4.
Click the
Device Options
tab. In the
Printer features
list box ( 1 ),
click Collate , then click Yes in the Change setting drop-down list
( 2 ).
5.
Click
OK
to return to the
Print
dialog box, then click
OK
to print
the document.
