4.2 CW1-RC Superfiller Control Components Overview
Please refer to Figure 4.2 – CW1-RC Superfiller Control Components OVERVIEW which
points out the major controlling devices. The CW1-RC version is shown.

A. Weigh Scale Roller Conveyor Photoeye – Detects that a box is staged on the roller
conveyor scale and ready to be weighed.
B. Reject Pusher Photoeye – Detects that an out of weight range box is placed in front of
the reject pusher before being pushed onto the reject roller conveyor
C. Outfeed Roller Conveyor Photoeye– Detects that an in-weight range box is ready to exit
the machine.
D. Reject Roller Conveyor Photoeyes – Detect that there is enough space on the reject
roller conveyor to reject another box.
E. Weigh Scale Conveyor Motor – Drives the infeed conveyor transport rollers.
F. Outfeed Conveyor Motor – Drives the outfeed conveyor transport rollers.
