6.4 Recipe Manager [Access Level 1]
{ACTIVE RECIPE} To activate one of the eight recipes and to view/edit parameters,
press its corresponding radio button.
{RECIPE NAME} Press to enter a recipe name up to 20 characters.
FILLING WEIGHTS (kg / lb)
{TARGET FILL (NET)} Press to enter the target net weight of the case to be
checkweighed.
{TARE WEIGHT} Press to enter the nominal weight of an empty case (including
bag).
OVER/UNDER WEIGHT
{+} and {-} Press to enter the upper and lower allowable weight deviation from the
target setpoint. The upper limit (UL) is calculated from the {+} deviation entered; the
lower limit (LL) is calculated from the {-} deviation entered and both values are
displayed above and below the target fill weight. If the net weigth of a case is above
the upper limit or below the lower limit, the buzzer will sound to notify the operator
and the case will be rejected.
NOTIFICATION
{BUZZER}
Each press will toggle between turning buzzer notification "OFF" & "ON".
When turned “ON”, the buzzer will sound if the checkweight is above the upper limit
or below the lower limit alerting an operator. When turned “OFF”, the buzzer will not
sound regardless of the final checkweight.
{DURATION} Press to enter the time in seconds that the buzzer will sound (if turned
ON) following an over/under checkweight.
