SOLUTION
• Too intense smell.
• Oil overflows.
• Deteriorated grease or oil.
• Oil or grease are not appropriate.
• Dirty filters.
• Too quick immersion in the oil
bucket.
• Oil level in the fryer exceeds the
MAX limit.
• Immersed food are not
sufficiently dry.
• Excessive food quantity in the
bucket (8).
• Change oil or grease.
• Use good quality oil or grease.
Do not mix different qualities.
• Change the filters.

Immerse slowly and, if oil is greatly
boiling, reduce food quantity in
the bucket.
• Restore oil level.
• Accurately dry food.
• Reduce food quantity in the
bucket.
• Insert the bucket (9) in the oil con-
tainer (8).
• Close the lid (2).
• Lower the handle (10).
• Wrap the electrical cord and place it
in its appropriate slot (under the ap-
pliance body).
