Do not fill the bucket (9) more than half its capacity.
• Gradually insert the bucket (9) in the oil container (8) to prevent oil from leaking by
reaction with the moisture inside food.
Oil (or grease) contained in the bucket reach an high
temperature.
Burns danger!
Do not insert the bucket (9) in the oil container (8) if the indicator light (13)
is not turned off.
• Close the lid (2) on the appliance body until you hear the fixing “click”.
• Push the button (10a) and close the handle (10).
• Check the cooking conditions through the inspection porthole (3).
• When cooking is over, if you don’t have to perform other ones, turn the selector (14)
on “
0
” and press the switch (15) on “
0
” (OFF). The fryer turns off.
• Press the button (11) to open the lid (2). The lid partially opens.
Steam leaks out when opening the
lid (2). Operate carefully.
• Move the button (10a) to lift the handle
(10).
• Open the lid (2) completely (2).
• Through the handle (10), slowly remove
the bucket (9) and keep it in drainage
position above the container (8) for
15÷30 seconds.
• Wait a few moments to let oil drop.
• Remove the bucket (9) and place fried food on an absorbent kitchen paper sheet to
remove oil and to make them tastier and “lighter”.
• Proceed with a new frying.
• When cooking is over, press the switch (15) on “
0
“ (OFF) and disconnect the plug
from the power socket.
